THIS PROPOSAL presents briefly the plan for setting up of the KIF CONSULTANTS for the purpose of the Socio - Economic development of the Natives of Malaysia.

The proposal includes the various steps of its establishment and management system which will be implemented to ensure that all aspects of its development mechanism will be mobilized and managed in an effective manner through the optimization of the available resources.

The proposal and strategic plans will be subject to constant monitoring and overview for improvement when the needs arise, in line with the Foundation's evolving dynamic and changing environments.
